Natalie evans (she/her)

Natalie Evans is a highly experienced event manager, presenter, and youth worker with a passion for promoting equality and justice. With over 10 years of event management experience, Natalie has successfully organised and hosted events of all sizes, from small workshops to large conferences with hundreds of attendees. As well as being a dedicated youth worker for nearly 12 years, she Is commitment to empowering young people.

Today, Natalie serves as the co-founder and Director of Operations for Everyday Racism. In this role, she leverages her expertise in event management, youth work, and leadership to create accessible learning opportunities and empower individuals to make a difference in their communities. Through her work, Natalie is dedicated to creating a more equitable and just society.

Naomi evans (she/her)

Naomi Evans is an experienced educator with over 18 years of experience teaching English and Drama in UK state schools. Her career has included senior leadership, Head of Department, and Advanced Skills Teacher roles, and she has made significant contributions to curriculum development and teacher training. Currently, Naomi teaches in a large secondary school in Kent while also serving as the co-founder and Director of Education for Everyday Racism. Leveraging her extensive educational background, she crafts accessible and impactful learning opportunities addressing race and identity. Naomi’s expertise in curriculum development and teacher training is pivotal in creating specific anti-racism courses. Committed to building a more equitable society, her leadership and dedication to anti-racism continue to inspire positive change in the field of education.
